Bachelor of Music with Elective Studies in Business This degree provides a foundation for careers in arts and artist management, concert promotion, the recording industry, music retail, publishing, and the non-profit sector. This degree enables one to enter the music industry directly or pursue graduate study in such areas as arts management and administration. In addition to core music courses, students take a course in computer business application and courses in the School of Business in finance and accounting, marketing, and management. The capstone experience is an internship, usually with one of the many cultural outlets in the Seattle/Tacoma region.
