RICHARD ULRICH LEADERSHIP AWARD

In 2003 the University of Puget Sound Athletics Department announced the addition of the Richard Ulrich Leadership Award. Dick Ulrich retires this summer after 19 years of distinguished service as Director of Athletics. This award is presented to a male and female student-athlete who shows outstanding leadership skills and tireless commitment to the Logger Athletics Program. The Logger athletics program has experienced phenomenal success under Ulrich's guidance including 12 National Championships, 27 Northwest Conference titles (since joining the NWC in 1996) and numerous individual league, regional and All-America performers.
