RegistrarThe Offices of the Registrar and Academic Advising work together to provide a full range of integrated academic student services. The Office of the Registrar provides several important services to your son or daughter. In addition to maintaining student academic records and transcripts, evaluating transfer work, checking student progress toward graduation, and mailing grade reports to students, this office produces the class schedule and registers students for university classes. The dates for registration and other significant events are listed on the academic calendar. Parents should know that student grade reports are not automatically mailed to parents. Students may authorize the Registrar’s Office to send a copy of student grades to a parent. (See the Confidentiality section of this guide.) |
