Entrance Audition Application

The University of Puget Sound School of Music requires auditions for entrance to the music major and for music scholarship consideration.  Music scholarships are offered for all band and orchestra instruments, voice, piano, organ and harpsichord.  Accompaniment is required for vocal auditions, but is optional for instrumental auditions.

Music scholarships are awarded upon the basis of the audition and are open to all students regardless of intended major.  Music scholarship awards and/or acceptance into the music major are contingent upon admission to the University of Puget Sound as a full-time student.

To schedule an audition date, please contact Kyle Haugen, the Music Admission Coordinator at 253.879.3917 or by e-mail and complete this form.  Alternatively, you can print an application for postal mailing (Will be posted soon).  We also would like to learn more about your music background (as opposed to music highlights, which we invite you to tell us about in the form, below).  When you have finished filling out and sending this audition application, please take a moment to submit a talent questionnaire.

Re-Submission: Check here if you have already submitted an application and you are updating previously submitted information.  Note: Please enter the Name and address fields if submitting updated information so that we can ensure we update the correct application.
