Scholarship & Grant EligibilityEligibility for University Scholarships and Grants is limited by the following policies: - University scholarships and grants are awarded for the entire academic year and will be credited to your student account, one half each for the fall and spring semesters. Scholarships and grants cannot be applied to summer enrollment.
- University scholarships and grants require that you be enrolled each semester as a full-time student for at least three (3.0) units per semester. This includes enrollment in University of Puget Sound "sponsored" and "partnered" study abroad programs, but excludes enrollment in "approved" study abroad programs.
- University scholarships and grants may only be applied towards the cost of University of Puget Sound tuition. Should you at any time exceed the cost of tuition by receiving other scholarship, grant, stipend, remission, 529 pre-paid tuition plans, or other tuition exchange assistance which is required to be applied to tuition, your scholarship or grant may be reduced or withdrawn accordingly.
- Students who receive named scholarships that have a donor contact are asked to promptly write a thank you letter to the donor and attend a spring scholarship luncheon if invited.
