You may be required to submit one (or more) of the following documents in order for us to continue processing your financial aid award. You will be notified of any documents we may need. Please print and complete the appropriate documents and return to the Student Financial Services Office.  If you have any questions as to which documents you need to complete, please check your Financial Aid Status on your Cascade Web Account or contact us at 800.396.7192.
