TACOMA, Wash. - In the final home swim meet on the season, the Puget Sound Loggers made the most of the opportunity, sweeping visiting Lewis & Clark in a Northwest Conference swim dual on Saturday afternoon at Wallace Pool in Tacoma, Wash. The women won 113-86 while the men were victorious, 101-76.
On the women's side, Leesa Cotton (Keizer, Ore.) took first in two events, winning both the 100 meter backstroke (1:10.09) and the 200 meter freestyle (2:05.87). UPS took first in six of 11 events en route to the 27 point win.
On the men's side, the Loggers won just four events but they used their depth to collect the 25 point victory.
