BACK IN THE POOL

Aloha!
The Loggers spent nearly two weeks in the great state of Hawaii on the annual winter training trip. Swimming at the Duke Kahanamoku Aquatic Complex on the campus of University of Hawaii at Manoa. On the trip, the Loggers swam against a number of strong Division I and Division II programs and return to the Northwest ready to focus on the NWC Championships in less than a month.

Scouting Linfield
The Linfield men continue to be among the elite in the NWC and this week's meet should give both teams an indication of where they stand for the NWC Championship next month. On the women's side, the Wildcats are still looking for their first dual win of the season as they have just eight swimmers on their roster.
Scouting Lewis & Clark
Pioneer coach Chris Fantz makes his first trip back to Wallace Pool this weekend after serving as an assistant coach at Puget Sound following an outstanding career swimming for the Loggers from 1995 to 1999. Lindsay Nixon continues to lead the L&C women while the men are struggling a bit this season.

Chris Myhre returns as head coach of the Logger swim program. A graduate of the University of Hawaii-Manoa, Myhre has coached 71 NAIA All-Americans, 16 NCAA All-Americans, 11 individual NAIA National Champions and led the Loggers to NAIA team titles for women in 1996, 1998 and 1999 and men's titles from 1995-97.
