LOGGERS RANKED AMONG BEST PLACES TO PLAY AND STUDY

The University of Puget Sound Women's Golf Program is ranked 13^th in the recent "Exclusive College Rankings" published in the 2007-2008 Golf Digest College Guide out of the approximate165 NCAA Division III women's golf programs. Furthermore, the women's program is ranked 139^th among the over 500 institutions in NCAA Division I, II and III. The rankings intended for college bound student's use what is termed a "balanced ranking." Five factors are considered in the ranking: academics, player improvement, climate, facilities and coaching, and adjusted team scoring. The Puget Sound program is ranked in the upper 10% of all division schools in player improvement and in the top 20% in the area of academics.
