Megahn Burkard recently joined the University of Puget Sound community in the fall of 2007 as the secretary for the School of Music. As a caring staff member, it is her goal to welcome any one into the School of Music office. "It is a fantastic and rewarding experience becoming part of the University of Puget Sound's family. The Faculty and staff in the school of music are very supportive individuals. It is a pleasure to see their commitment to the growth of others."

When people walk into the School of music with questions, concerns or just to talk, Megahn is there to assist in anyway possible. "I value that we respectfully handle the requests of everyone. Whether a student, faculty member, or community member, we want everyone to know we are here to help." Outside the music office Megahn enjoys singing in her church worship band, spending time with her husband, and working as an independent Partylite consultant.
