Mike Segawa is the Vice President for Student Affairs and the Dean of Students and leads the Division of Student Affairs (DSA).

Division of Student Affairs Mission Statement

The Puget Sound Division of Student Affairs supports the mission of the university by facilitating student learning opportunities and providing supportive services that enhance students' abilities to explore and develop full potential, discover complex identities, become their own best advocates, and build an inclusive community. We intentionally foster the lifelong development of personal values, integrity, and self-reliance; respect for differences; questioning, critical thinking, and ethical discourse; effective leadership skills; and community responsibility, engagement, service, and interdependence for the common good.
