Relocating an extension

OIS will relocate your extension on request. To make this request, please completely fill out this form (Excel document) and e-mail it to phones@ups.edu.

Identifying wall jacks

Phone jacks are ivory in color usually labeled with a "V". Phone jacks will not be orange or blue labeled with a "D" as these are for data only. As an example: for room 015A, the jack might be labeled 015a-V1, or possibly 015a-V2, etc.
