Getting help

To report problems with your phone or voicemail or to submit service requests, e-mail phones@ups.edu. This will put your call into the system and generate a work order for you. Please include

• your name and department
• your building and room number
• your phone extension
• voice mailbox number
• a description of the problem or request
• specify whether or not you have dial tone.
