Consortium LibrariesSUMMIT (Orbis Cascade Alliance) The Orbis Cascade Alliance is a consortium of 35 Oregon and Washington colleges and universities that share a unified catalog named Summit. This service provides access to more than 28 million books, sound recordings, films, video tapes, government documents and more. To learn more about the Alliance, visit the Summit web site. These patrons may also check out items as a Visiting Patron. ^ top NAPCU NAPCU (Northwest Association of Private Colleges and Universities) is a consortium of private colleges and universities in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, which provides free interlibrary loan between all member libraries and reciprocal borrowing agreement. Current students, faculty, and staff are eligible to check out materials at member institutions.
