Timeline

The master plan will be executed in a complex and comprehensive series of phases, beginning with a thorough analysis of needs and an exploration of solutions to meet those needs. A master plan flowchart has been created to help the university community conceptualize various stages of the plan and the timeline for various outcomes.

Phase One

Fall 2003: Needs assessment
Winter 2004: Concept development, including development of plan options
Spring 2004: Draft master plan created

Phase Two

Fall 2004: Submission of master plan to Board of Trustees

Phase Three

Ongoing: Meeting with neighbors, community and city
