Be Sure To Remember....

Before saying "yes" to a graduate program, consider carefully whether your personal and professional needs will be meet by asking such questions as: (1) what percentage of graduates secure employment, (2) do graduates find employment in their profession or field, and (3) how many students complete their degree within a reasonable amount of time. You may also want to consider deferring your enrollment for a year if you need more time to self-assess or research other opportunities.

Don't Forget...

• Call admission offices to make sure your files are complete
• If you're able, visit schools that accept you to meet with students and faculty to gain a better understanding of the program and university.
• Notify the schools you applied to, but will not be attending, of your decision.
