Learning AgreementDownload a copy of any one of the three learning agreement forms. The forms are Microsoft Word documents.
First, download the pertinent file. Then fill out the form right on your computer, print the completed form, obtain the necessary signatures, and bring the form in to Career and Employment Services.
Most students will be using the first document. If you are unsure which form to use, contact a staff member at 253.879.3161 or via e-mail.

To download one of the learning agreements, click on the link next to the learning agreement description that fits your needs. Your browser will ask you if you would like to download to your hard drive. Click [yes] or [OK] or [Save file...] and specify where you would like to save the file. Your computer will open the file as a Read-Only file, so after you add your information, you must save the filled-out form under a different file name using the [Save As...] command.
