Outdoor Leadership Experience (OLE)

This non-credit training course consists of about two weeks of training for 60 student leaders to prepare them for leading new student trips in August and trips for Puget Sound Outdoor Programs. Much of the training emphasizes the growth of leadership skills and group development. However, the training also emphasizes technical skills like risk management, van driving, backpacking and canoeing.
