Database ServicesThe Database Services team provides application development and support for the University of Puget Sound's central database systems. These systems currently include Cascade, Banner, Famis, and Millennium among others which are comprised of both Puget Sound custom built and third-party applications. Application development may include:
- New application development
- Enhancement to existing applications
- Standard and Customized report development
- Third party application implementation services
- Data integration and interface development services
Applications are built using web technologies for use via common web browsers or desktop clients. Some self-service reporting applications are also used.
The Database Services Team provides on-going support for these applications as well as initial development.
