Summer Storage

In order to store boxes on campus for the summer, you must have signed a housing contract to live on campus for Fall '08 or be going on a study abroad program. You are allowed to store up to 5 boxes only, sealed and labeled with official university labels. You are not allowed to store computers, rugs, furniture, bikes, or tvs. Only items that are taped and sealed in a ready-to-mail box can be stored and those at your own risk. The university is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen articles in storage. Remember, you will not be allowed access to anything in storage over the summer.

Contact your current RA/RCC/GHC to obtain storage labels and to arrange a specific time to get into the storage areas. Storage appointments will occur during Reading Period / Finals Week. 

Below are the times and/or numbers you should use to arrange a time to access storage.  You can either store in the area you will live in next year or in the area where you currently live.  [NOTE:  This list will be updated with current contacts closer to the end of the semester.]

Trimble
Hours: 10 p.m. - Midnight
Contact the person on-call (On-call schedule will be posted on RCC doors)
All Other Residence Halls
Hours: 8 - 10 p.m.
Contact the person on-call (See on-call schedules posted on front doors)
On-Campus Houses
One house per RCC neighborhood is designated as the storage house in that cluster of houses. See the Storage House List to know where your things should be stored, who you should contact, and what time that house is open.
