Construction and moving
From February 2007 to February 2008, the museum will be undergoing construction, moving, and installation of new archival quality storage cases. Scheduling is tentative but it appears that the collections and personnel will not be available until March 2008.
Driving Directions
The Slater Museum is located in the east wing of Thompson Hall (Room 295). The herbarium is in room 290. The nearest intersection for a driving reference is North Union Ave. and N 14th St, Tacoma, WA. For directions, visit google. Park in the parking lot for Thompson or nearby on the street.
