Noon Recital Form

Noon recital appearances are available each Tuesday at 12:10 p.m. beginning the sixth week of every semester.  These performances are normally  limited to 10 minutes per student or ensemble (exceptions must be recommended by the student's applied music instructor or ensemble coach).

How to Schedule a Noon Recital

  1. Check availability of noon recital dates and sign up for a specific date.  Phone, e-mail, or come in person to the Office of Public Events.  Contact: Patti Sumich, 253.879.3555, e-mail, Communication House (1314 N. Alder Street).

    Complete program form (given below) at least one week prior to performance date and print out as a hard copy.  Program must be approved and signed by appropriate applied music faculty instructor prior to submitting to the School of Music Office.
  2. Approved program is to be returned to the School of Music Office.

Noon Recital Program Instructions
Programs will be prepared according to the University Visual Standards Style Guide.  The Office of Public Events will be responsible for the preparation and printing of the programs.

Special Instructions for Vocal Programs
Full text and translations for each piece are not required on the Noon Recital (Jr./Sr. Recitals only).
