In support of the university's commitment to sustainability and efforts to reduce our environmental impact, biodegradable eco-ware made from fully renewable resources is available and is BPI-certified compostable. From coffee services, to elegant receptions, buffets, plated luncheons and dinners, or custom menus--we can do it all. For events on campus or off, this site contains the information needed to begin planning your  event. Professinal event planners are available to assist in making your event special.
